About the Event
Caylin has been working hard to co-develop resources with other storytelling practitioners around what it means to be place-based and inclusive in our outdoor programs and have found storytelling to be a powerful and potent tool to celebrate diversity as well as help learners gain a sense of place. This online workshop explores some of the ways we can weave our own communities and experiences into the stories we share with our communities. This workshop will discuss topics that may be sensitive in nature. By signing up, you are agreeing to help create and maintain a safe and inviting space for ALL to share diverse perspectives. If you think you need it, please also have supports in place to care for your personal needs and wellbeing before, during, and after the event.
