What a year it has been, not just for us in our beautiful woodlands, but throughout the world. Exhaustion and lack of motivation are common complaints as we cope with changes in an uncertain world.
Did you know that there are many different meditation practices and at least one will suit you? Meditation positively changes the structure of the brain, it is a useful skill to model and use with children to create a strong, healthy community of learners.
